Admin Assistant

📌 Job Responsibilities / 工作职责
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

🎯 Requirements / 职位要求
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
至少具备SPM或工商管理文凭或同等学历。 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
熟练使用Microsoft Office(Word、Excel、PowerPoint)。 - Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Customer Representative

📌 Job Responsibilities / 工作职责
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
通过电话、电邮及 WhatsApp 处理客户咨询。 - Provide information about services and assist with customer concerns.
提供有关服务的信息,并协助解决客户问题。 - Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with clients.
与客户沟通时保持积极且专业的态度。 - Record and update customer interactions in the system.
在系统中记录并更新客户互动信息。
🎯 Requirements / 职位要求
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in Customer Service, Business, or related field.
至少具备 SPM、客户服务、商业或相关领域的文凭。 - Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
具备良好的马来语与英语沟通能力。 - Customer-oriented with problem-solving skills.
以客户为导向,并具备解决问题的能力。 - Experience in customer service is an advantage.
